"Brandon is a rockstar. I called because I talked to another insurance agent and they were like "I bet State farm is not giving you discounts even though you've been a safe driver for 11 years" and Brandon calmed me down, and then provided proof that they have in fact lowered my rates because of my safe driving year after year. He literally took the time to take screenshots of his spreadsheet for each individual car showing the decrease in my premiums year over year, and then texted those screenshots to me so I had them immediately instead of having to wait for an email. Not only that, he informed me that I was getting dividend checks in my email. The fact that he listened to my concern and handled my concerns so professionally is a testament to how capable he is with the most important part of any job of this nature, customer service. As a result I will be keeping all of my insurance with State farm, specifically this office, because that's really what most customers want is just to be heard and helped. The man deserves a promotion because he should be teaching customer service, no joke. And given that I have five or six cars under their coverage, that means something."
